What counts as a “site”?
One website. Each site includes uptime and content checks, SSL certificate monitoring and domain expiry tracking — you don't pay separately for each check like most tools charge.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sentwick checks your sites from the outside, exactly like a visitor would. Nothing to install on your server, no plugin, no code.
How will I be alerted?
By email, written so anyone can understand what broke and what to do next — one alert when a problem starts and one when it's fixed.
Can my clients get the alerts too?
On Starter and up, yes — switch it on per client and they're copied on alerts for their own sites. On Agency and Studio you can also give them a monthly health report branded with your name, ready to print or save as a PDF.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from Settings → Plan & billing. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing is deleted when you downgrade. New to a paid plan? You have 14 days to ask for a full refund. The Free plan never expires.
