Can I switch plans later?
Yes — the workspace owner can upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan & billing, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Stripe adjusts the charge for the change.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What happens if I go over my site limit?
You can't add a new site once you're at your plan's limit — you'll be asked to upgrade first. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted: the most recently added sites beyond the new limit are paused, and they start being watched again as soon as you upgrade or remove other sites.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full. After that you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll email the workspace owner, and Stripe retries the charge over the next few days while your plan keeps working. If it still can't be collected, the subscription is cancelled and your workspace moves to the Free plan — nothing is deleted, and extra sites are paused until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial?
Better — the Free plan watches 1 site forever, no card required. Upgrade when you need more sites or faster checks.
